My experience with Crossroads was very positive. They responded within a few days of my submitting an application and after a Face Time meeting, they quickly set up an interview with a potential employer. I know I was lucky to have applied at the same time a job matching my qualifications was available, but I still appreciate how Crossroads communicated with me throughout the process, and I like that it''s environmentally conscientious (new hire documents are all processed electronically, so no paper waste).
