Job Description
Our Civil Litigation Groups practice includes general civil, business, real estate, contract, tort, insurance, and probate litigation. It frequently handles complex and high-stakes matters at all stages of litigation, including jury trials. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic firm that values collaboration, professional growth, and client satisfaction. Litigation attorneys with zero to three years of experience are encouraged to apply. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and other professionals to deliver comprehensive civil litigation solutions to clients. Draft all types of civil litigation papers, including pleadings, motions, memos, and trial preparation materials. Draft, propound, review, respond to, manage, and conduct civil discovery, including written discovery, document productions, and depositions. Assist with and appear for court appearances, including status conferences, hearings, and trials. Conduct thorough and creative legal research. Grow into managing all stages of litigation independently. Work with attorneys in other departments, including estate planning, business, real estate, and employment, to offer counsel on litigation-adjacent issues in an integrated approach to client service. Interact with clients to further the objectives of litigation, address concerns, and offer strategic advice. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards. Our full-time associates are also eligible for a comprehensive range of firm benefits. Skills Required
Juris Doctor from accredited law school. Active member of the CA Bar Association and in good standing. 1+ yr of exp in general civil litigation. Able to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Skills Preferred
Candidates in 3rd year of law school with 2026 graduation date and a distinguished academic record are encouraged to apply.
