| Job Description Seeking an enthusiastic Senior Accountant with a passion for accounting and a strong desire to learn and grow. Should be comfortable multitasking across related entities and will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records. Responsible for processing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, reconciling various financial accounts, preparing quarterly financial statements including supporting schedules, inventory, managing fixed assets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal and state authorities. Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable invoice and payment processing, aging report review, 1099 preparation, discrepancy resolution, vendor managementPrepare standard and non-standard journal entries intercompany transactionsPerforming variance analyses and preparing account reconciliationsPrepare Bank ReconciliationsPrepare Financial StatementsMaintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedulesSupport month-end and year-end close processCashflows and budgetsCoordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and tax team or with other departmentsFollow all organizational systems, programs, training, policies and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seek guidance as required Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional mannerMonitor and review on a regular basis possible fraudulent activity on accountsGreat Benefits including PTO 120 hours accrued After 3 years of service 160 hours accrued 401K up to 4 match | |
| Skills Required Bachelors degree in Accounting or related. 2+ years full cycle accounting experience. Strong computer skills Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks. Strong Excel experience pivot tables, V Look ups, etc. | |
