| Job Description The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading and overseeing all Human Resources functions supporting a dynamic and fast-paced, multi-state and international workforce. This role develops and implements Human Resources strategies, policies, programs, and initiatives that support operational effectiveness, employee engagement, organizational growth, workforce planning, and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and management while fostering a collaborative, accountable, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture aligned with the Companys mission and values. This position oversees all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, benefits administration, organizational development, performance management, payroll oversight, leave management, safety, training and development, HR operations, employee engagement, investigations, and workforce planning. Partner closely with executive leadership and department managers to align Human Resources strategies with business objectives and operational needs. Provide strategic guidance and coaching to managers regarding employee relations, organizational development, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and change management initiatives. Lead and oversee Human Resources programs, policies, procedures, and initiatives across a multi-state workforce, including coordination and support related to international operations and employees as applicable. | Skills Required 10+ yrs of progressive HR leadership exp. Federal, multi-state and local employment compliance exp.Employee relations, workplace investigations, organizational dev and performance mgmt. | |
| Skills Preferred BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or similar. Payroll admin exp or knowledge of payroll systems. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. | |
