| Job Description Liaison between internal organization and customer. Coordinate all aspects of quoting customer requirements, and to manage all aspects of the processing customer purchase orders, change notices, Revs, CCOs, when received all the way through to the fulfillment of all customer requirements. Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Essential to maintain a positive attitude with the sensitivity to the customer needs at any given moment. Respond to all customer requests. Monitor and control response to customer requirements from initial customer contact to complete order fulfillment. Provide customers with up to date product information, work with internal process for pricing and pricing approval for negotiations. Interface with all internal departments as necessary to facilitate accurate and timely information to the customer. Ensure all commitments made to customer are met and notify customer if delivery promises cannot be fulfilled well in advance of customers expectation. Work with account managers that are assigned to the account. Follow Company ISO processes. Respond to and resolve all inquiries from customer and or internal departments. Drive manufacturing floor daily to assure completion of assembly. Review customer documents and terms and conditions. Utilize all resources to satisfy the customer. | |
| Skills Required 2+ years program manager experience. Knowledge with sales, customer service and ISO processes. Knowledge of military and government contracts. Skill is effectively communicating, and writing is required. Must have strong Excel capabilities. | |
