| Member Outreach Representative Needed | |
| Job Description The Member Outreach Representative is responsible for proactive member engagement and retention through outbound telephone outreach and in-person interactions at community events. This role requires strong knowledge of Medi-Cal and Medicare programs. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members to support retention efforts, verify satisfaction, and address questions or concerns. Educate members on benefits, plan services, and available resources. Document outreach activities accurately and timely in designated systems. Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and member engagement activities. Represent the organization professionally during all member interactions, both on the phone and in person. Identify potential retention risks and escalate issues appropriately. Collaborate with internal teams e.g., Member Contact Center, Community Relations, Sales to ensure member needs are met. Communicate effectively with members using clear, culturally competent, and respectful language. Maintain compliance with all regulatory, privacy, and organizational standards. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs of customer service, call center or outreach exp. Knowledge of Med-Cal, healthcare and general medical terminology. Bilingual in Spanish. Comfortable handling high volume of outbound calls. | |
