| Job Description Key responsibilities include campaign coordination, quality control, and performance monitoring, with the goal of maintaining continuity, consistent performance reporting, and operational efficiency. The role would report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional partners as needed. Support the marketing roadmap by tracking deliverables, timelines, and key milestones across digital, email, print, website, and in-branch channel. Assist with email marketing efforts, including QA and performance reporting. Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to support timely campaign execution, including the distribution of branch materials and promotional collateral. Monitor and compile campaign performance data, including email, digital, paid search, and website activity. Perform quality control checks on content and materials. Conduct research on competitors, including advertising, website content, social media activity, and product offerings. Aggregate findings into clear summaries for team and management consumption. Draft and update website marketing content as needed, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards. Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups to ensure alignment across the team. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs exp in marketing, communications or similar field. Proficient in MS Office. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Detail-oriented. Strong communication skills. | |
| Skills Preferred Familiar with Google Analytics. Exp in the banking or finance field. | |
