| Job Description Growing woman-owned small business, dedicated to providing quality bookkeeping and business management services is looking for a Bookkeeper. We work with a variety of organizations in a very fast-paced and deadline driven environment.Candidate must be highly detail-oriented with thorough hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience. Must have experience working with multiple clients, meeting deadlines on time, and maintaining a sense of urgency to deliver reliable financial data. Must be comfortable with maintaining your own schedule, working closely with clients and accountants and providing up to date information to management. Experience with Sage 100 Contractor or similar, QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks Online, the Google Suite and Dropbox are required.This position is fully remote but candidate must reside in CaliforniaPart time 25 to 30 hours of work per week | |
| Skills Required BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar. 2+ yrs of Construction Bookkeeping experience. 1+ yr exp using QuickBooks. | |
