| Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-cycle recruiter identifying and attracting top talent to support our organizations growth and success. This position involves managing the entire recruitment process, from job description, personnel requisitions to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers, collaborating closely with various departments and leaders to understand their staffing needs and contribute to building a talented workforce. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in driving the companys talent acquisition strategy, contributing to its overall success, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-qualify talent. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates. Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings. Utilize ATS system to track all applicants and recruiting activities. Research and stay up to date with industry trends and competitor practices to remain competitive in the talent market. Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications and fit or open positions. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and alignment with the companys culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about their status in the hiring process. Address candidate questions and concerns promptly and professionally. | Skills Required BA Degree in HR, Business Admin or similar. 5+ yrs of exp as a full-cycle corporate recruiter. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and ADP. Knowledge of best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication skills. | |
| Skills Preferred Exp recruiting in the BioTech, BioPharma or life sciences fields. | |
