Job Description
As the Retail Sales Recruiting Support Specialist, you have the role of supporting VP of Retail Sales and Advisory Recruiting teams with various projects and tasks related to advisor and Financial Center recruiting. Event planning and production. Assist with training mentoring new employees on the recruiting team. Proficient with LinkedIn marketing needs and prospecting campaigns. Coordinate prospective Financial CentersFinancial Advisors information form for each callmeeting w Partner Dev Rep PDR. Manage all prospective seminarswebinars. Manage the RIMS system for Recruiting. Prepares meetingevent agendas. Coordinate w Partner Development Reps on recruit materials. Be familiar with commission payout system. Coordinatehost Home Office Visits for recruits w PDRs. Manage recruit database, Weekly Dashboard Reports. Know all relevant company sales literature and provide feedback. Assist in implementation of master recruiting plan for 40+ FCs Nationwide. Help coordinatemanage the relationship - meetings between Marketing, Transitions and Recruiting. Strategic Scheduling Prioritization. Vendor Administration. Process Program Development. Prospect Strategy Support. Technology Training maintenance. Analyze prospecting trends using Salesforce Redtail. Onboarding transitioning all new Advisors. Managing Pipelines and sales calendarstasks. Creates and maintains CRM Sales reports. Create sales ideas and content. Analyzes advisors Broker Check to determine Compliance viability. Attend maintain agenda for Advisory council meetings. Review, present Process contracts legal documents for Financial Centers. Skills Required
2+ yrs exp with a financial services firm. Background as a event planner, recruiter, project manager, office manager or executive assistant. Familiar with sales. Proficient in MS Office.
Skills Preferred
BA Degree. Knowledge of database management systems such as Salesforce or FINTRX. Willing to obtain SIE Series 6 or 7.
