| Job Description Leading Door and Window manufacturer seeks a highly talented individual with the capabilities of working in a fast-paced environment, responding to deadlines for quotes, and assisting the Estimator. They will furnish the necessary information and communicate with the in-house team Lead Estimator, PCs, and managers to successfully complete order take-offs and quotes. Applicant must be a self-starter and a team player who is responsible and dependable with reliable follow-through. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Printing plans, coordinating schedules, and filling in take-offs on Excel. Corresponding and submitting quote packages to clients. Locating doors and windows on plans. Compiling a list of RFIs to submit to the client. Creating job folders in the server and hard copies. Maintaining a tidy inbox and staying on top of correspondence. Assisting the lead estimator with a variety of administrative and office support functions. Maintain a list of projects in the estimating queue. Handing off awarded quotes to Project Coordinators. Reporting to the lead estimator when projects in the lineup will be complete. Carry out other duties as assigned. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. Reliable with strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook. Strong communication skills. Good grasp of math. Able to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize. | |
