Job Description The Project Coordinator PC Admin Assistant will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, responding to deadlines for client requests, preparing estimates, providing administrative and clerical support to project coordinators and managers, overseeing project documentation, coordinating schedules, and managing project-related tasks to reach a successful project from start to finish. This role also involves assisting with project-related communications, job-site representative interactions typically general contractors, and budget, production, and project tracking. This role is a blend of administrative and project coordination duties, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a construction environment. This role is responsible for carrying out administrative functions associated with our Project Coordinator department. Answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing email communications. Assist with project communication between clients and General Contractors to ensure information flow. Preparing project-related documentation, such as change orders, work orders, estimates, and contracts. Maintaining organized filing systems and managing project documents. Assisting with budget tracking and expense management. Preparing reports, project updates, tracking project schedules and material deliveries, and deadlines. Act as a liaison between Project Coordinators, CAD, and Purchasing department, and Shop Managers to help guide us through the production and installation process. | |
Skills Required 1+ yr of administrative or customer service exp in construction. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Able to track multiple projects. Able to build rapport with clients. Strong follow-through skills. Proficient in Excel and Word. | |
Skills Preferred Exp working with door and window hardware or lumber, steel and glass. Estimating and preparing work orders. AutoCAD knowledge or the ability to read plans and blueprints. |
