| Job Description Community tax practice seeks a Staff Accountant who can interview a client as well as prepare individual, partnership, LLC, S-corporation, C-corporations, and fiduciary income tax returns with little oversight. Whereas there is almost no overtime outside of tax season, there is substantial overtime during tax season, which is very concentrated and fast paced, demanding a strong work ethic from someone who can simultaneously be accurate, thorough and expeditious. This person must be comfortable conversing with clientele, staff and related financial and legal professionals. Our office is a very collaborative environment offering continuous mentoring and opportunities to learn and grow. | Skills Required Bachelors degree. Exp preparing individual, partnership, LLC, S-corporation, C-corporation and fiduciary tax returns. Proficient in Lacerte and well versed in CA tax law. Prior exp working for a CPA Firm. Strong client relationship skills. | |
