| Job Description Will support the VP of Global HR and Payroll in a global manufacturing company with a broad range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. HR Operations Support Assist the VP of Global HR and Payroll in managing HR functions across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local labor laws.Payroll Coordination Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, benefits, and tax compliance.Talent Acquisition Onboarding Support recruitment efforts, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.Employee Relations Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.Compliance Policy Implementation Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations across global locations.Training Development Assist in organizing training programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance management strategies.HR Data Reporting Maintain HR records, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Benefits Administration Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. | |
| Skills Required 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. | |
