| Job Description Will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records for US and Canadian entities. This position is responsible for reconciling various financial accounts, inventory, managing fixed assets, and ensuring compliance with federal and state authorities. Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries intercompany transactionsPerforming variance analyses and preparing account reconciliationsPrepare Bank ReconciliationsPrepare Financial StatementsMaintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedulesSupport month-end and year-end close processCashflows and budgetsCoordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and tax team or with other departmentsPerform special projects as assignedHandle various other duties as delegated by ManagementFollow all organizational systems, programs, training, policies and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seek guidance as required Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional mannerMonitor and review on a regular basis possible fraudulent activity on accounts | |
| Skills Required Bachelors degree in accountingfinance. 2+ year of family accounting office or real estate accounting experience. Experience in crypto miningtrading. Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLookup. QuickBooks experience. | |
