| Job Description Community Tax Practice is looking for a Tax Manager who can interview a client as well as prepare and review individual, partnership, LLC, S-corporation, C-corporations, fiduciary income tax returns at every level. Whereas there is almost no overtime outside of tax season, there is substantial overtime during tax season, which is very concentrated and fast paced, demanding a strong work ethic from someone who can simultaneously be accurate, thorough and expeditious. This person will be mentoring staff and networking, so they must be comfortable conversing with clientele, staff and related financial and legal professionals. Our office is a very collaborative environment and any employee can achieve as high a level of success as they wish within the firm without competition. Benefits include 15 days PTO, 100 premium medical insurance paid, paid CPE and 4 matching 401k. A Hybrid schedule might be considered after one year. This is not a remote position. | |
| Skills Required CPA or EA License. 7+ yrs of exp interviewing clients and preparing individual, partnership, LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, fiduciary tax returns. Exp providing mentorship to junior level employees. | |
| Skills Preferred Lacerte experience a plus. | |
