| Job Description Growing woman-owned small business, dedicated to providing quality bookkeeping and business management services is looking for a part time Bookkeeper. We work with a variety of organizations in a very fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Candidate must be highly detail-oriented with thorough hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience. Must have experience working meeting deadlines on time, and maintaining a sense of urgency to deliver reliable financial data. Must be comfortable with maintaining your own schedule, working closely with team and providing up to date information to management. Experience with QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks Online, the Google Suite and Dropbox are required. This position is fully remote but candidate must reside in CaliforniaPart time 15 - 20 hours of work per week potential for more hours once training is completed. | |
| Skills Required HSGED. 3+ yrs of bookkeeping exp such as Payroll, AP, AR, financial reporting. 1+ yr exp using QuickBooks. | |
| Skills Preferred BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar a plus.Experience cleaning up client books is a plus.Sage 100 Contractor software or similar. | |
