| Job Description Responsible for managing and coordinating the entire accounts payable function of the organization. Will oversee the processing of vendor invoices, preparation of payments, reconciliation of accounts, maintaining vendor relationships and the management of queries from both internal and external parties. Manage and supervise the accounts payable department and staff. Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies for accounts payable functions. Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices. Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information. Review and reconcile supplier statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. | |
| Skills Required 5+ years experience in accounts payable. Supervisory experience. Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks, NetSuite. | |
| Skills Preferred Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related. Ecommerce experience a plus. Bilingual in Mandarin a plus. | |
