| Job Description Responsible for assisting with the transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite. Responsibilities include customizing and configuring NetSuite solutions, performing data migration and validation, providing training for end-users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Support system integrations and ensure data integrity. Assist with reconciliations, journal entries and PL reviews. Contribute to streamlining Chart of Accounts CoA and general ledger processes. Assist with financial audits and monthyear end reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and implement process improvements. | |
| Skills Required Bachelors degree in Accounitng, Finance or related. Experience with monthyear end processes, preparing financial reports, purchase orders and invoice reconciliaitons. Proficiency using NetSuite and QuickBooks software. | |
| Skills Preferred Bilingual in Mandarin a plus. | |
