Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for document scanning and management, scheduling and managing various calendars, answering phones, transferring calls and greeting guests. Will also oversee the office to make sure that supplies are ordered and that the office is organized while also assisting with other administrative and secretarial tasks.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. Exp in an administrative or support role. Strong time management skills. High level attention to detail and organizational skills.
