| Job Description We are seeking a Municipal Attorney with 2+ years of experience in representing public entities. The ideal candidate will be adept at making court appearances for code enforcement both administrative and criminal and ongoing civil litigation including breach of contract. Law and Motion experience, including summary adjudication, is required.ResponsibilitiesRepresent public entities in various legal proceedingsMake court appearances for code enforcement and civil litigationHandle Law and Motion matters, including summary adjudicationDraft and review legal documentsProvide legal counsel and advice to public entities.Full-time Flexibleremote schedule possibilities after a 3 to 6-month orientation period | |
| Skills Required Juris Doctor JD degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the State Bar of California. 2+ years of exp in municipal law or related fields. Strong Law and Motion experience, including summary adjudication. | |
