| Job Description Seeking an Attorney with interest in Family Law divorce, child custody, etc.. Will conduct client interviews, manage case deadlines, draft client declarations, conduct legal research and write Memorandum and Points of Authorities, handle Discovery and RFO court appearances. Must be motivated to excel, have a strong academic background, good writing and analytical skills, and be good with numbers. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills also required. Excellent work environment with a competitive compensation package. If applicable, can work as a law clerk pending bar exam results. | |
| Skills Required Active California Bar License. Exp conducting client interviews and legal research. Able to manage case deadlines and draft client declarations and discovery. | |
