| Job Description The Project Assistant is an entry level role to help the Marketing Department catch up on specific projects. We are looking for a candidate that is highly organized, flexible, and able to work independently and reliably on complex projects within strict time frames. A demonstrated ability to stay focused, research, and work within a team environment is a must. Duties include researching and documenting templated marketing material, researching Financial Center and Advisor websites content, and updating our master spreadsheet for routes going forward. Research, track and route all customized business development marketing campaign material for individual advisors, FC advisors. | |
| Skills Required Prior Marketing exp. Strong project management skills. Proficient in Excel. Clear communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. | |
