| Job Description Responsible to support litigation matters of the firm. If you possess strong knowledge of State and Federal Court rules coupled with ability to organize, prioritize, and meet demands of multiple projects and would like to work with a fun and fast paced team in Employment Law, we have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our fast-paced Employment Law Defense firm. The continuous growth of the Firm is significantly due to our expert staff. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to Conducting exposure analysis by utilizing advanced excel formulas. Supporting litigation cases with a strong focus on class action and PAGA claims. Being highly organized and proactive in reminding attorneys of upcoming deadlines, preparing them for court appearances, mediations and meetings and following up on tentative court rulings prior to hearing dates. | |
| Skills Required Paralegal or legal secretarial experience. Strong Excel exp with ability to build formulas. Strong math skills. Highly organized. Litigation exp. | |
| Skills Preferred Experience working on Class Action and PAGA claims a plus. Paralegal Certificate a plus. Experience e-Filiing, Calendaring, Scheduling, Depositions and building Discovery shells for litigation. | |
