| Job Description The ShippingReceiving Inspector receives product in and ships product out. This role also inspects incoming product and components in compliance with applicable drawing and Purchase Order requirements. Receives product from suppliers and others into the Company system. Inspects received parts, subassemblies, components, and materials for conformance to standards. Verify suppliers data package is complete and accurate. Generate Discrepant Material Reports DMR , purge request, acceptance tags. Completes applicable paperwork andor data entry containing information about received and shipped products including inspection records. Verify shipping documentation is complete and accurate. Package and prepare finished product for shipping via UPS, FedEx, etc. Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the AMC Quality System. Maintains safety standards throughout areas of responsibility. Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate quality functions. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 3+ yrs of hands on exp in a quality control, shippingreceiving or manufacturing. Exp with visual and dimensional inspection. Exp with micrometers, calipers and related calibration tools. | |
| Skills Preferred Trade school, some college or specialized training is preferred. Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 2015 regulations. Able to read basic blueprints and schematics | |
