Receptionist Needed in Ventura
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will print and prepare legal documents as well as copy, scan and mail those documents to their respective parties. Will confirm that documents have the appropriate signatures and request missing information for documents when needed. Will also answer phones and act as the back up Receptionist when needed.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 1+ yr of reception, customer service or administrative exp. Exp answering phones. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail.
