TheHuman Resources Coordinatorwill be responsible for support to the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies, provide day-to-day support in human resources services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administrative programs, training and development, andor compliance. Process payroll and perform other payroll duties as needed in collaboration with supervisors. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. Administers various human resource plans and procedures for organization personnel. Data entry in our HRIS System Oracle experience preferred. Provides employees with guidance with benefits and retirement. Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual. Conducts onboarding process for all new employee including orientations, compliance screening, onboarding activities, new hire check-ins, etc. Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. Experience with Employee Relations matters preferred but not required. Perform other duties as assigned.
HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs of human resources exp. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of invoicing, preferably with temp agency billing
HRIS system exp with such applications such as, Oracle, Kronos, SAP, ADP.
