The Receptionist will greet clients in a busy tax consulting firm, answer phones, set up appointments via zoom and in person, assemble and mail out tax returns, email clients, file documents and other clerical work as needed.
1+ yr of exp in a reception or administrative role. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Prior exp with scheduling and setting up appointments.
Prior exp working in a tax accounting office. Familiar with tax returns.
