The candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, responding to deadlines for client requests, and preparing estimates. Assisting our Project Coordinators and customers typically general contractors to reach a successful project from start to finish. They will furnish the necessary information and communicate with our in-house team CAD, PC, Purchasing, and Shop Managers to help guide us through the production and installation process. This role is responsible for carrying out administrative functions associated with our Project Coordinator department. Act as a liaison between Project Coordinators, CAD department, and Purchasing. Assist the Project Coordinator with estimates and work orders for the shop. Help track project details and material deliveries and scheduling. Assist the Project Coordinator in communication between clients and General Contractors.
1 yr of administrative exp working in a fast paced environment. Able to manage and track multiple projects. Able to build rapport with clients. Proficient in MS Office. Customer service oriented.
Administrative exp in construction, finish carpentry or job site. Exp working with lumber, steel and glass. Exp working with door and window hardware. AutoCAD knowledge. Exp with estimates and preparing work orders.
