Job Description A Technical Recruiter is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. This includes building a strong Employer Brand, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a companys long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward. Recruiters possess an ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, or future executives for your company. Talent acquisition tends to focus on long-term human resources planning and finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a very specific skillset. Writing or editing job descriptions. Placing ads. Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions. Developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition. Attending job fairs at colleges and universities. Managing posts on job boards, such as outside staffing agencies, LinkedIn, Indeed, industry recruitingads sites, and Universities. Planning and organizing career fairs and related events. Courting top candidates. | |
Skills Required 3+ yrs exp in recruiting. Exp recruiting for warehouse, aviation, software and production roles. Expert at LinkedIn and related sites. Effective communication, interpersonal and organization skills. US Citizen. Able to write job descriptions. | |
