| Job Description Growing manufacturing and installation company is seeking a versatile Controller to lead financial accounting. Company is poised to grow by 25 in the next year, upgrading systems to meet demand. Primary responsibilities include month end close, accounts payable, treasury, general ledger and MS Dynamics Business Central software implementation. Prepares financial reports, special analyses, information reports, and other key management reports. Coordinates changes and improvements in financial information systems for the company. Maintains complete and accurate general ledger, managerial reports and assists with financial statement preparation. Provide continuous accounting and compliance oversight. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and best practice environment. Completes month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, allocations, producing associated analysis, adhering to company time-lines. Manages cash balances, cash movement, funding of current operations, and debt compliance. Maintains and develops finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures. Special tasks as assigned and participate in special projects as needed. Manage year end external audit. budget development. Implement systems within accounting to streamline processes, maximize effectiveness, and improve efficiency. | |
| Skills Required BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. Manufacturing Inventory accounting exp. 3+ yrs of hands on AP, AR, Payroll, Invoicing. Proficient in MS Dynamics or MS Navision. | |
