The Customer Service Representative will assist customers and interface with various internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Shipping and Production. Provides high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods. Processes invoice orders and preparessends paper and email invoices to customers. Assists customers via phone and live chat with questions regarding products, pricing, order details and first level technical assistances. Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, Accounting, and Quality Control with levels II III when needed. Will be alternating work each week. One week you will be assigned to work on customer inquiries, handling 50-100day. Some will be quick and some will be more involved. An example of these inquiries can include a customer asking for a copy of an invoice or asking to track a lost shipment. The next week you will be processing orders, managing the Live Chat and handling 15-20 callday.
HS DiplomaGED. 1-2 yrs of customer service exp. Strong communication, writing and customer service skills. Exp processing high volume of orders. Excellent data entry skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office.
Bachelors Degree a plus. Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision and MS CRM preferred. Exp with Live Chats a plus! Prior exp working in a manufacturing setting a plus. Knowledge of international shipments a plus.
