| Job Description The Operations Partner will guide the firm in meeting the vision of the founding Partners, analyze and maximize firm efficiency. Work closely with the Partners, Managers, Clients and Human Resources DirectorAdministrative Manager. Develop reporting and auditing processes to analyze and maximize operational effectiveness. Support the Human Resources Director in proactively and effectively managing staff level requirements to ensure the greatest customer and employee satisfaction. Strategic Planning for Tax, Business Services and Business Management Departments relating to people, system needs and operational processes. Recommend facilities improvements and expansion or relocation and renovations as needed. Provide partners and managers with periodic financial and Practice Management reports. Manage the time and billing system and ensure accuracy. | |
| Skills Required AA Degree. 2+ yrs Operation Mgr, Administrative Mgr or Business Mgr exp, preferably in a Law, CPA, Entertainment or Professional Consulting firm. Understanding of professional services billing models. | |
