| Job Description Ships and receives materials and products daily while keeping the cooler and warehouse organized. Accurately assemble outbound orders per customers Purchase orders. Ensure proper rotation of products and maintain proper inventory counts. Work with accounting on partial pallet shipments and weekly reconciliation of inventory. Investigate discrepancies. Record all pallet lot tags on outbound trucks, and awareness on proper loading techniques as well as complete trailer inspections prior to loading. Accurately complete all paperwork, temp tales and Bill of Ladings for outbound drivers. Accurately account for all inbound ingredients and materials. Match delivered quantities with actual Purchase Order, verify proper code dates, follow FIFO First In, First Out rotations for all items. Record what is received and affix proper pallet tags for lot tracking. Ensure proper rotation for all produced product. Work with Quality Control in the event recheck samples are needed. Keep Partial case area neat and organized. Keep coolers and warehouses clean and organized. This includes equipment, walls, racks uprights and walls, fans, and floors. Other work as needed. | |
| Skills Required 2 years of shipping,receiving exp. Some longevity in previous roles, preferably 1+ year. Exp operating a Forklift or Pallet Jack while keeping safety in mind. Must be comfortable working inside a cooler. Team player with great communication. | |
