| Job Description Business transactional law firm is growing! Our client needs an associate with 5+ years of law firm experience. If youve worked on a variety of commercial transactions, including new business formations, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, and leasing. Generally everything from corporate start-up to wind-down, excellent with contracts. Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Excellent judgment and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle a high volume of work, and work through projects with minimal supervision. | |
| Skills Required Strong academic scores from nationally recognized law school. Transactional Law exp. Exp with MA, Contract, Start Up, Wind down, etc. Excellent analytical and writing skills. Active member of the CA Bar. | |
| Skills Preferred Background in drafting of sophisticated asset purchase and leasing agreements commercial leasing experience is a plus. | |
