Job Description
Supervise a technical team of Support Analysts, Field Data Collection Specialists, Business Analysts, IT Support Specialists and others, offering guidance on delivering technical support solutions. The Supervisor recommends standards and processes and is responsible for a team of technical support staff who provide support and training to end users including desktop, mobile, network, media, application and other electronic technologies. We ask that you have solid relationship management and performance management skills, Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills, Ability to motivate and direct staff members and subordinates, Exceptional written and oral communication skills and an advanced level of English and Spanish.SUPERVISION of a team at varying levels of expertise, that deliver support, monitoring and deploymentprovisioning services across the technology domains.Supervising the work of the team under charge, allocating work and resources in accordance with priorities.Developing staff through coaching, mentoring and performance management, and holding people management responsibilities.Supporting the manager of the division on business planning requirements.Guides the daily activities of an information technology staff by assigning work, evaluating performance, and developing documentation.Ongoing monitoring and capacity management of technologies to ensure that performance meets standards established in Service Level Agreements.Implementing new or upgraded technologies and services.Reviewing and analyzing technology regarding operationalbusiness requirements.Ensuring development of asset inventories within the organizations ecosystem.Ensuring adoption of and commitment towards service improvements.QUALITY ASSURANCE Ensuring that the teams services are delivered following the established technical processes, operating procedures and documentation practices for technology monitoring andor support.Serving as a liaison for
Skills Required
3+ years in Information Technology, Supervision and Cybersecurity. .Valid California Drivers license. .Bachelors Degree preferrably in Computer Science or combination of education, training and experience.
