Provide high level administrative support to Communications Department staff Creative Services, such as answering multiple phone lines, extensive data entry and reporting, emailwritten correspondence, file organization, etc.Provides internal and external customer support that may include order entry, coordinates price estimates, invoicing, and payment collection. .Works to solve issues creatively and effectively, providing timely communication and follow up as needed. .Completes credit card reconciliations, department check requests, and other paperwork accurately and on time for vendors. . Keeps department members informed on budgeted vs. actual expenditures.Schedules Meetings and Events with vendors and, when required, attends internal and external sales, staff and customer meetings.Assists with production of internal and external events, as required.
HS Diploma3 years Experience as Administrative Assistant. .Strong communication and organizational Skills
Event planning helpful Marketing experience a plus
