Process DMV transactions accurately for internal departments. .Bring paperwork to DMV on a scheduled basis to complete transactions. .Accurately and efficiently complete administrative and clerical tasks including data entry on spreadsheets, basic project management, and data and records management. .Registration Renewals on monthly basis. .Keep vehicle and driver records up to date. .Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects...Filing. .Maintain all filing up to date and clean. .Keep all driver records filed and up to date. .File all vehicle records. .Data entry of records and updates in our company auto applicationMaintain clear communication. .Maintain application updates as needed. .Other Duties as assigned | |
Skills Required Bilingual Spanish. .Advanced computer and accurate data entry skills. . 1 or more years experience in clerical capacity. .Valid Drivers License. . | |
