| Job Description Growing commercial lines agency in Thousand Oaks area offers strong base salary and commission as well as benefits and a strong flow of new business. Communicate with mostly construction related clients and carriers regarding policies and claims management. Provide Insurance Summaries and review all coverage with clients, make recommendations for additional coverage as best suits client. Process renewals, market to all carriers and negotiate terms. Set up and deliver Proposals to clients, Issue Certificates of Insurance COI review insurance requirements for contracts. Develop existing clients by reviewing coverage and recommending additional protection through various lines. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. PC License. 3+ yrs of exp in commercial lines account mgmt. Great communication skills both written and verbal. Organized and flexible with changing priorities. | |
| Skills Preferred Degree or Some College. Exp with AMS360. | |
