| Job Description Play an integral role in expanding our Los Angeles service offerings, specifically in IPO readiness, SEC reporting, financial advisory and technical accounting. Lead and develop our team with your proven technical accounting, financial reporting and business development skills to deliver results and a high standard of client service. You will responsible to build and manage a growing team. | |
| Skills Required BA Degree. CPA. 8+ yrs exp in external audit and internal financeaccounting role. 4+ yrs exp as a CFO or in a CFOs office. IPO and SEC reporting exp. Business development exp. Able to mentor and develop staff. | |
| Skills Preferred Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related concentration is preferred. Prior Big 4 public company audit experience. | |
