| Job Description The Receiving Inspector inspects, evaluates andor tests products, materials, assemblies, subassemblies, parts, and components to ensure quality standards. Performs work within established procedures, processes and practices throughout any one or combination of production stations. Inspects received, in-process andor finished assemblies, subassemblies, components, parts and materials for conformance to standards. Reviews assembly work orders. Determines acceptance or rejection at each stage. May order rework or suspend production activity, pending determination from Supervisor or Manager. Evaluates returned product. Analyzes and determines problems. Recommends rework or scrapping. Ensures that final products are acceptable. Completes applicable paperwork andor data entry containing information about shipped products. Assists in packaging and shipping areas as needed. Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the AMC Quality System. Maintains safety standards throughout areas of responsibility. Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate quality functions. | |
| Skills Required HS DiplomaGED. Understanding of basic electronic components. Working knowledge of computer programs MS Word and ExcelFedEx and UPS shipping program. 3-5 years shipping and Recceiving. | |
| Skills Preferred Exp in understanding basic electronic component identifiers and basic metal fabrication technology. Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 2015 regulations. | |
