| Job Description Design, develop, and manufacture of new ink jet print heads along with product design improvement of existing products and some production tools and fixtures design. Work with engineering team to DesignDevelop print heads from conception to productionUse SolidWorks and engineering analysis and simulation tools to facilitate designsWork with engineering team to design and conduct experiments to validate the designs and simulationsDesign and develop manufacturing tools, fixtures, and processes.Knowledge in production equipmentCustomer interactions and supportsProduct DevelopmentAssist in Design and develop new print heads to meet market requirement. Assist in design improvement and variants of existing print heads.Generate 3D design model, layout, detail drawings, release drawings.Work with vendors for parts, fixture, and tools procurement.Assist in design and development of new production fixtures and tools.Assist in design and development of new manufacturing and production processes.Product and Manufacturing SupportContinuous improvement on production processes, tools, and fixtures.Production equipment supports. Maintain andor replace old equipment with up to date equipment as required. Procure new equipment.Customer SupportSupport and perform failure analysis. Assist customers in design improvement and print head evaluation. | |
