The Director of Sales develops and directs the AerospaceMilitary business strategy including marketing and sales activities. Specifically, developing and applying a business plan to grow this segment through new products and applications. Develops and manages strategic 10 Year business plans. Develops Sales management process for dailyweeklymonthly performance. Develops and manages strategic selling plans. Evaluates and develops product roadmaps and customer requirements. Writes and presents bids and proposals to Senior Leadership Team for approval. Manages promotional activities and represents organization in this market segment to customers and industry. Attainment of Yearly Bookings. Profitable revenue growth. Project or Program ROI against budget cost and schedules. Approximately 35 travel, mostly nationally but occasionally internationally. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
BA Degree in related field. 3-5 years in Sales and Marketing in Aerospace or Defense industries. Proficient in PowerPoint, Technical, Word, and Microsoft Project. Exp working with customers.
MBA preferred. Exp with Sensors and Switches a plus.
