Job Description Responsible for PC hardware configurationinstallation, Microsoft software setup, network connectivity, basic applicationnetwork troubleshooting, video conference troubleshootingsupport, cellular smartphone setupsupport and basic telephone system support. Install, configure, setup, support and maintain all personal computers and peripherals according to enterprise standards and connect them to the LAN. Perform basic troubleshooting, assist user personnel with issues and conduct training as needed. Provide first tier support of Microsoft Active Directory, Office Professional, Exchange, Outlook, LyncSkype and System Center. Maintain enterprise security standards - Active Directory, virus protection, browser controls, cell phones. Configure, install, support and maintain standard Cisco LANWAN hardware, software and related products under the supervision of senior staff. | |
Skills Required 3 yrs of knowledge with Cisco Switches. 5 yrs of exp with basic computer cabling and networking. PC hardware setup and troubleshooting. | |
