Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Maintain a high-level manager experience. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation, maintaining a high-level candidate experience. Schedules interviews oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Maintain accurate information in ADP Recruitment module to ensure compliance with Federal Contractor regulations. Actively and creatively source, screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approaches. Collaborate with the hiring manager andor other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Drafts andor revises job descriptions for global organization. Works closely with managers and employees to ensure all job descriptions reflect accurate responsibilities and knowledge, skills, and abilities KSAs. Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.Benefits Annual Bonus eligible. 15 days of PTO 9 paid company holidays. HS Diploma. 5 yrs of exp managing all phases of recruiting including hiring, sourcing and networking at all levels. Familiar with applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of state laws and regulations. Bilingual in Spanish.
BA Degree in Human Resources or similar. Exp recruiting for Sales, IT, Research and Development and Marking roles. Proficient in ADP Workforce Now. Familiar with OFCCP regulations.
