Job Description
The Location Support Specialist is a customer facing team member who provides superior service by managing the consignment inventory and providing services that satisfy the needs of our customers. This is a traveling position and you will be responsible for traveling between client locations in Carlsbad and San Diego, CA. Effectively and efficiently interacts with customers face to face by discovering their true needs and forwarding this information to sales team to help them find to the best solution. Act as a company liaison between inside sales team and outside customers. Completes inventory cycle counts on a regular basis to ensure correct inventory quantities. Receives weekly replenishment shipments and confirms quantities and reports any discrepancies. Communicates regularly with inside sales team and outside customers. Support sales team to address customers needs and help grow the business. Resolves customer problems promptly and accurately in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty. Guides customers to other internal resources such as Technical Support, Credit, Parts and Sourcing or Sales as necessary.
Skills Required
HSGED. Commitment to provide superior customer service. Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and internal sales team in a professional manner in person, over the phone and email. MS Office proficient.
