Perform all phases of general office work for large property management company. Assist clients and others by phone, fax, email andor in person. Respond to tenant work orders, complaints and requests. Prepare correspondence as needed. Maintain vacancy list and prepare advertising for upcoming vacancies. Process rental applications and execute move-in paperwork. Process move-out paperwork including security deposit refund. Communicate with vendors and maintenance staff to maintain properties. Communicate with on-site managers to maintain properties. Collect rental payments, prepare deposits and take to bank. Follow up on uncollected rents andor other payments and prepare paperwork as required. Process invoicesbills received, record and enter for payment. Assist in paying invoicesbills. Maintain general office filing, organization and neatness. Maintain office forms and check lists including vendor information. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Order supplies and maintain office equipment. Participate and organize office trainings. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
HS DiplomaGED. 1-2 yrs of exp in a front office, clerical or reception role. Property Mgmt or Bookkeeping exp a huge plus! Excellent communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Tech savvy with computers and various computer programs.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
