The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support for the Accounting department. Their project management nature helps provide start to finish support for special projects or any other customer request. Support Accounting department with daily tasks or projects. Make follow-up calls to clients or outside vendors on behalf of Accounting. Work closely with clients, vendors and internal staff. Provide clerical support with Accounting needs. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures. Maintain communication with management on daily tasks and projects. Special projects as needed. Able to cross train and support Front Desk.
HS DiplomaGED. Exp processing purchase orders and invoices. Accounting exp would he helpful. Great customer service skills. Proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks. ClericalOffice background is helpful.
