Responsible for knowing the exact requirements and qualifications for the job to ensure these roles are properly filled with applicants who truly meet the qualifications. Create and implement sourcing strategies that enhance employer brand while focusing on an effective and cost efficient talent selection process that identified targeted candidates and leverage networking and employee referrals. Gather, process and analyze all the relevant data on the candidates, which includes resumes, application, PI survey, etc. Create interview questions which will ensure the candidate is tested properly and reflects the positions specific requirements. Screen and interview qualified candidates, presenting top talent to Hiring Managers and ultimately advancing them through our process. Interact extensively with members of our HR team, Organizational Leaning Team and Hiring Managers to ensure hiring priorities are fully executed. Assist, develop, streamline and enhance recruitment processes and track reporting and analysis for all programs. Coordinate college relations, job fairs and oversees various sourcing and internship programs. Act as Custodian of Records for associate background checks. Responsible for posting jobs internally and on recruitment websites and other social media resourcesoutlets to recruit the best talent. And to comply with AAP posting requirements Process job requisitions received from Managers to initiate recruitment of a position. Coordinate appropriate employment testing and conduct reference and employment verifications.
HS DiplomaGED. 3-5 yrs of HR experience. 1-3 yrs of recruitment and onboarding experience, including use of Applicant Tracking System. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
2 year college degree or Human Resources Certificate highly desired.
