Job Description
Greet our walk-in customers and Answer phones. Basic filing and scanning documents. Assist with account receivables, file invoice records, order brochures and assist with administrative activities of the office as directed. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties. Deliver all messages in a timely manner. Input sales orders and purchase orders into computer system utilizing QuickBooks andor in-house software. Assist Sales with writing up customer return items for warehouse and office. Assist with maintaining adequate supply of vendor brochures. Notify sales andor direct to the warehouse for will-call. Assist customers with the will-call process including retrieving small items, collecting payment and providing customer receipt. Help customers with payments via credit card machine. Assist with inventory tracking. Assist with maintaining adequate supply of vendor brochures. Perform other related duties as assigned by Office Manager.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 5+ yrs exp as a receptionist or admin assistant. Proficient in Excel, formulas and tables. Professional with excellent phone etiquette. Able to type 45 WPM. Able to file alphabetically and by date.
Skills Preferred
Exp in a sales environment. Exp with QuickBooks.
